In 2019, Patty launched Burgess HR Relations, LLC., a boutique human resources consulting service that provides personalized Human Resource service specifically in the areas of Employee Relations, HR Policy Development and HR Projects. Prior to launching Burgess HR Relations, Patty held HR leadership roles in the healthcare, nonprofit, contract security, and electronic retail organizations.
